Why travel from Frankfurt to Wiesbaden?
In Frankfurt there are many places where hyaluronic acid is injected — from walk-in studios to large clinics. What patients from Frankfurt look for with us is something different: a calm, physician-led practice where facial analysis is given more time than the injection itself, where no one is talked into a package, and where the doctor who advises you also treats you. Added to that is a practical advantage: an appointment in Wiesbaden can often be arranged at shorter notice and at quieter times than in Frankfurt city centre. Everything fundamental about products, technique and philosophy can be found on our main page Hyaluronic acid fillers in Wiesbaden.
Which areas we treat — with price orientation
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (CE-certified medical devices) is charged per syringe or millilitre. The following ranges are an initial guide; the amount for your treatment is fixed after the consultation, incl. 19% VAT, billed according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ).
- Lips — contour, symmetry, subtle volume: from €350. Details under Lip augmentation in Wiesbaden.
- Nasolabial folds — usually €350 to €600, depending on whether the cheek is treated as well. More on this: Nasolabial fold filler.
- Cheeks and midface — €400 to €800 for one to two millilitres.
- Chin and jawline — by volume, usually one to three millilitres. See Jawline and chin in Wiesbaden.
- Tear trough — from €450, a demanding area that we treat only after careful assessment.
- Marionette lines and hands — depending on quantity.
If your concern is less about volume and more about dry, dull skin, a skin booster with non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is often the more suitable choice — we clarify this in the consultation, not on the price list.
Planning your appointment from Frankfurt
A few practical points make the trip more relaxed. Do not schedule the treatment immediately before an important occasion — wedding, presentation, photo shoot — but at least two weeks beforehand, so that swelling and possible bruising have subsided. Do not stop blood-thinning medication such as acetylsalicylic acid on your own initiative; let us know, and we will plan accordingly. Alcohol and intense exercise the day before increase the tendency to bruise. If you are also considering a treatment with botulinum toxin, both can usually be done in the same appointment — one trip to Wiesbaden instead of two. And if you are unsure whether hyaluronic acid is the right thing at all: a consultation appointment without treatment is equally possible, also as a video call, before you set off.
Getting here from Frankfurt
- By car: Via the A66 towards Wiesbaden, exit Wiesbaden-Mainzer Straße or Biebrich; from there it is a few minutes to Biebricher Allee 23. From the west of Frankfurt or from Höchst, allow around 30 minutes, from Sachsenhausen or the Ostend a little more. Parking is available in the surrounding streets.
- By train: From Frankfurt main station with the S1, S8, S9 or the regional express to Wiesbaden main station, journey time 30 to 40 minutes. From the station, the practice is a good ten minutes on foot or a few stops by bus.
- Appointments: We prefer to plan filler treatments so that consultation and treatment take place in a single visit — so you do not have to travel twice once everything has been clarified.
How the treatment works
Facial analysis during the consultation
We look at your face at rest and in motion, talk about what bothers you and about what you would like to keep. From this a plan emerges — sometimes with fewer zones than expected.
Consent discussion and numbing
You will learn which product we use where, what risks exist and what to bear in mind afterwards. A numbing cream and the lidocaine contained in the filler make the injection well tolerated.
Injection
Using a fine needle or a blunt cannula, the filler is placed and shaped in small portions. Depending on the zone, the treatment takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Result and follow-up
The volume is visible immediately; the final shape appears after about two weeks, once the swelling has subsided. We offer a follow-up — for patients from Frankfurt, on request by photo with medical feedback.
Naturalness is a question of quantity
A face looks “done” when one area carries more volume than its surroundings can support. That is why we work in small steps, choose a product with the appropriate firmness for each area and prefer to spread hyaluronic acid across two appointments rather than placing too much in one day. Hyaluronic acid is broken down by the body over months — a result usually lasts six to eighteen months, shorter on the lips, longer on the cheeks and chin. Those who refresh regularly generally need less material than the first time. For us, natural also means saying no: if a requested area would make the face fuller rather than more harmonious, we advise against it — even if you have travelled from Frankfurt specifically for it. This openness is the reason many patients come back after the first appointment instead of continuing to search for another address.
Risks, honestly stated
After a hyaluronic acid injection, swelling, redness and small bruises are common and subside within days. Temporary asymmetries and palpable small lumps are also possible, rarely an infection. Very rarely, filler enters a blood vessel; in that case immediate medical action is required and the material must be dissolved with hyaluronidase (Hylase) — one reason why fillers belong in medical hands. We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in the presence of an acute infection or herpes in the treatment area. We discuss all these points in detail in the consent discussion; what you should keep in mind after the treatment is set out in our aftercare for fillers.
Price
A filler treatment starts at €350. The price depends on the zone and the number of millilitres and is set out in writing before the treatment — incl. 19% VAT, billed according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ). There is no travel surcharge and no consultation fee if treatment takes place in the same appointment.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get from Frankfurt to the practice?
By car via the A66, about 30 minutes to Biebricher Allee 23 in Wiesbaden, depending on your starting point and traffic. By S-Bahn or regional express you reach Wiesbaden main station from Frankfurt main station in 30 to 40 minutes; from there it is a good ten minutes on foot.
Why travel to Wiesbaden when hyaluronic acid is also available in Frankfurt?
Because choosing a practice is rarely a question of distance. With us, the doctor treats you herself, analysis takes precedence over injection, and there are no packages that push for more volume. Many patients from Frankfurt value precisely this calm.
Can I drive straight back to Frankfurt after the treatment?
Yes. You are fully fit to drive after the treatment and can also return to work. Expect slight swelling or small bruises, which can be covered with make-up from the following day. You should avoid sport, sauna and strong sun on the day of treatment and the day after.
How much hyaluronic acid do I need — and what does it cost?
That depends on the zone and the starting point. For lips or nasolabial folds, one millilitre is often enough; for cheeks or jawline, one to three millilitres are usual. Treatment starts at €350; you will learn the exact amount after the analysis, before anything is injected.
What happens if I don't like the result?
Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved again with the enzyme hyaluronidase (Hylase). This is rarely necessary, but it is an important safety net. For minor irregularities we first wait the two weeks until the swelling has subsided, and then decide together whether to touch up or dissolve.
Do I have to come back to Wiesbaden for the follow-up?
Not necessarily. We offer the check-up in person after about two weeks; if you would rather save yourself the trip from Frankfurt, you can send photos taken in daylight and receive medical feedback. If there is reason for a correction or a small addition, we arrange a short appointment — often outside peak hours.
As with any medical treatment, side effects and risks cannot be ruled out. We inform you about individual risks, possible alternatives and the course you can expect in a personal medical consultation before every treatment.
