Botox with medical judgement — a stone's throw from Frankfurt
“Botox” is the colloquial name for botulinum toxin — a medicinal product established in aesthetic medicine for decades. Injected precisely into individual facial muscles, it calms their excessive activity; expression-related wrinkles such as frown or forehead lines can thereby visibly smooth out. Our aim: a result that no one recognises as “done” — the facial expression is preserved, only the overactive areas are relaxed.
Which areas can be treated?
- Frown line between the eyebrows.
- Forehead lines — with particularly conservative dosing so that the brows do not drop.
- Crow's feet at the sides of the eyes.
Only wrinkles caused by facial expression are treated — what makes sense for you we clarify based on your facial expression in the consultation.
Why patients from Frankfurt come to us
Between Frankfurt's Westend and our practice in Wiesbaden there are just a few minutes by car via the A66; by train you reach Wiesbaden's main station in about half an hour. The journey is worthwhile for many because they are looking for exactly this calm, medically guided approach: thorough consultation, conservative dosing and an honest “less is more”. You can always add more — you cannot take it back.
How the treatment works
Medical consultation & analysis of facial expression
We look at your facial expression in motion and inform you thoroughly — only then is the decision made.
Injection
Small amounts are placed precisely with fine needles — this takes only a few minutes.
Check-up
The effect builds up over about two weeks; on request we make gentle adjustments.
Price
The treatment starts at €220 and is billed transparently according to the GOÄ. The exact amount depends on the zones treated — you receive a clear overview in advance, with no hidden costs.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get to you from Frankfurt?
The practice is centrally located in Wiesbaden, Biebricher Allee 23. From Frankfurt it is around 30 minutes by car via the A66; by train you reach Wiesbaden's main station in about half an hour.
How long does the effect of Botox last?
The effect often lasts around three to six months. Afterwards the body fully breaks down the active substance; a top-up is possible at any time.
Will I look “done”?
Not with the right dosing. We work deliberately conservatively so that your facial expression is preserved — the aim is a rested, relaxed appearance.
Does the treatment hurt?
The injections are given with very fine needles and are felt by most as a small prick. Anaesthesia is generally not required.
What are the risks and side effects?
Small bruises or redness are possible, occasionally headaches; rarely the active substance temporarily affects neighbouring muscles. For this reason the treatment is carried out exclusively by a doctor and after detailed information.
As with any medical treatment, side effects and risks cannot be ruled out. We inform you about individual risks, possible alternatives and the course you can expect in a personal medical consultation before every treatment.
