What regenerative medicine means
The term is often used loosely. What is meant are procedures that initiate or support the body's own repair and building processes — rather than creating a result from the outside. These include stimulating collagen formation in the skin, working with the body's own components, and targeted micronutrient supply based on laboratory analysis.
Regenerative procedures do not work immediately, nor equally for everyone. They require time, several sessions and an honest assessment of whether they make sense in the individual case at all. That is precisely why diagnostics always come first, not treatment.
Our focus areas
- Skin health — collagen stimulation, bio-revitalisation and medical skincare as a coordinated programme rather than individual treatments.
- Hair and scalp — medical clarification of the cause, followed by an individually assembled concept of light therapy, active-ingredient courses and the body's own regeneration.
- Micronutrients and laboratory diagnostics — blood analysis of vitamin and mineral status, thyroid and hormones as the basis for targeted supply.
- Well-aging strategy — a longer-term plan that considers skin, nutrition and lifestyle together, instead of working through individual symptoms.
How we proceed
Detailed initial consultation
Your concerns, medical history, previous treatments and expectations — without time pressure. At the end there is an honest assessment, even if it means that treatment is not advisable.
Diagnostics
Depending on the question: skin analysis, scalp findings or laboratory values. Only this basis makes a concept plannable rather than arbitrary.
Individual plan
You receive a written proposal with sequence, timeframe and costs — and can decide at your leisure.
Follow-up and monitoring
Regenerative concepts run over months. We monitor progress and adjust, rather than treating once and leaving you to it.
For patients from the Rhine-Main region
The practice is centrally located in Wiesbaden and easily reached from Mainz, Frankfurt am Main, the Rheingau and the Taunus. For concepts running over several months, a straightforward journey is a practical advantage.
Price
The initial medical consultation starts at €80; laboratory analyses and treatments are billed according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ). You receive a transparent overview before each step — regenerative concepts are private services and are not covered by statutory health insurance.
Frequently asked questions
What distinguishes regenerative from aesthetic medicine?
Aesthetic procedures change the appearance directly — for example by relaxing a muscle or building volume. Regenerative procedures aim to stimulate the body's own processes. The two can be combined sensibly, but they follow different paths and require different timeframes.
How long until something becomes visible?
Considerably longer than with aesthetic treatments. Building processes in the skin and hair root take weeks to months, and the effect varies from person to person. Anyone looking for rapid visible change is better served by other procedures — we say so openly.
Do I need a laboratory analysis?
Not always, but often. Where exhaustion, hair loss or skin changes are involved, it is worth looking at iron, vitamin D, thyroid and hormone status. Without this basis, giving micronutrients would be guesswork.
Are the costs covered?
Regenerative services are private services. Statutory health insurers do not cover them; private insurers reimburse differently depending on the policy. You receive an invoice according to GOÄ that you can submit.
