How the treatment works
Consultation & facial analysis
We look at your face as a whole, discuss your wishes and provide medical guidance on possibilities and limitations.
Preparation
Cleansing and disinfection; a numbing cream is applied and left to take effect for approximately 30 minutes – many preparations also contain a local anaesthetic.
Injection
The filler is placed layer by layer using a fine needle or blunt cannula — precisely, in small steps and with constant checks in the mirror.
Finish
The result is visible immediately and settles over the following days; a follow-up check is available on request.
Duration & cost
We allow approximately 60 minutes for your appointment. Prices start at €350 and are calculated according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ) — the exact amount depends on the effort and scope of the treatment. You will receive a transparent overview in advance.
Good to know
- Mild swelling or small bruises may occur and usually subside within a few days.
- For 24–48 hours after the treatment, you should avoid exercise, sauna and intense heat or cold.
- Longevity varies from person to person and depends on the area treated — often several months to over a year.
- If needed, hyaluronic acid can be dissolved again with an enzyme (hyaluronidase) — a safety aspect of this procedure.
